MADISONSOHO wins coveted SouthGate Bath account /

SouthGate Bath, one of the only major shopping destinations due to launch this year, has appointed MADISONSOHO to a multi-year contract as its full service creative agency. The account was awarded following a four way pitch including national agencies and will include a strong TV element in 2010.
SouthGate Bath is a prestigious, state of art, £380m retail-led development in the heart of Bath city centre that includes a world class transport interchange, over 800 indoor car parking spaces, a flagship Debenhams store and a further 56 modern retail units. It is a collaboration between developers Multi Development and partners Aviva. The retail marketing of the project is being managed by DTZ’s retail marketing department.
Commenting on the win, Client Service Director for MADISONSOHO, Alison Werrett, said:

It is also one of very few retail destinations launching this year, which adds even more importance to this appointment for us. SouthGate Bath is set to open in three phases, starting in Autumn 2009 and culminating in Winter 2010.
