MARLOWES WIN STRENGTHENS RETAIL PORTFOLIO FOR MADISONSOHO /

Further strengthening its position as a leading retail and shopping centre specialist, national marketing agency MADISONSOHO has been appointed to implement a vibrant creative and marketing programme for Marlowes Shopping Centre in Hemel Hempstead, following a highly contested four-way pitch.

The innovative, results driven marketing approach and bold creative developed by MADISONSOHO had instant appeal for the centre, mapping out campaignable elements throughout the year and demonstrating the agency’s extensive knowledge of the sector and ability to maximise budgets to meet and exceed the brief.  Planned activity across 2009 includes a move to more in-centre promotions and vibrant, interactive events to better attract shoppers to the centre’s strong fashion offer.

Owned by Standard Life Investments and with dynamic managing agents, Foundation, Marlowes is the leading shopping centre destination in Hemel Hempstead; a position it aims to maintain and build upon throughout 2009 and beyond.

The win follows a string of high profile shopping centre successes for the agency recently, testament to its targeted, honest approach to marketing.
