MADISONSOHO to support relaunch of retail centres /

MADISONSOHO, the national agency offering honest marketing communications, is delivering its own brand of retail therapy.
The agency has been appointed by DTZ, following a six way pitch, as a marketing partner to assist with the rebranding and launch of three key shopping centres recently acquired by Bride Hall from The Mall.
A key requirement is for MADISONSOHO to rebrand the two London and Chester shopping centres to a tight timeframe, as well as embarking on an exciting relaunch marketing campaign.
MADISONSOHO’s managing partner, John White, said:
“We are clearly delighted to win this high profile project as we were up against some strong London agencies and we had not worked with DTZ before. In addition to the rebrand, MADISONSOHO will be creating new identities for each centre including signage, core marketing materials, websites, in-centre customer service experiences and other tactical marketing outputs. A significant launch campaign will be part of an on-going support programme for the centres.”

This latest win with DTZ follows MADISONSOHO’s recent appointment to support marketing for Kingfisher Shopping Centre in Reddich. The agency also works for national shopping centre portfolio owner Propinvest and Bullring in Birmingham and has a team with specialist retail marketing expertise.
