Initially being used to add a valuable, cost effective dimension to the marketing of a portfolio of ten very different shopping centres around the UK, MADISONSOHO has developed ten distinctive websites in line with the unique brand identity of each centre. Underpinning each website, the addition of the Single Source Content Management System (SSoCoM) ensures that content can be managed and maintained on a local, site specific basis or coordinated overall across all ten sites by the central portfolio management team, as required.
Custom-made modules let nominated users, such as centre managers, utilise centre specific sites for maximum benefit and keeping content refreshed and timely for each location and customer base. All news, events and offers can be updated locally, and exclusive promotions can be easily created and run through the appropriate site accompanied by downloadable coupons redeemable in-store.
Other advantages to the system include the ability to efficiently communicate with registered shoppers using SMS text messaging and easily created emailable newsletters and online competition tools.
